Job Description
- As a skilled Blockchain Developer proficient in Solana (Rust + Anchor) and EVM-compatible chains such as Ethereum, Polygon, Base, BSC, your role will involve excelling in smart contract development, cross-chain interoperability, and full-stack dApp creation with React and Web3 integrations. You will be responsible for constructing secure, scalable, and user-focused decentralized applications incorporating seamless wallet and blockchain integrations. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and deploying smart contracts on Solana (Rust + Anchor) and EVM-based networks utilizing Solidity. - Constructing full-stack dApps using React.js/Next.js, Web3.js/Ethers.js, and wallet integrations (MetaMask, Phantom, WalletConnect). - Implementing cross-chain functionalities like bridging, syncing, wrapped tokens using LayerZero, Wormhole, or Axelar. - Writing secure, gas-optimized contracts, and conducting comprehensive testing (Mocha, Jest, Anchor test suite, Hardhat, Foundry). - Integrating backend services involving Node.js, GraphQL/REST APIs, PostgreSQL/MongoDB, and Redis (optional). - Automating deployments utilizing Docker and CI tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). - Monitoring and troubleshooting on-chain activity with tools like Tenderly, Etherscan APIs, and Solana Explorer. - Collaborating with frontend and DevOps teams to ensure excellent UI/UX and scalability. Qualifications required: - 3+ years of full-stack development experience. - 1+ year of hands-on Solana smart contract development (Rust + Anchor). - Proficiency in Solidity and EVM tools (Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle). - Strong knowledge of Web3 wallet integration, blockchain architecture, and RPC interactions. - Experience with DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and decentralized storage (IPFS, Arweave). - Familiarity with authentication protocols like JWT, OAuth2, and SIWE (Sign-In With Ethereum/Solana). - Understanding of smart contract vulnerabilities and Web3 security best practices. - Experience with zk-rollups (zk-SNARKs, zkSync, StarkNet). - Exposure to other chains like Cosmos, NEAR, or React Native/mobile dApps. - Contributions to open-source blockchain projects. - Knowledge of MEV, gas fee estimation, and bridging mechanics across chains.,
