This is tele sales profiles through calls sell the insurance product . 
Calling and identifying potential customers from allocated campaigns.
Convincing prospects about products .
Ensure timely call backs and follow-ups for closure of sales.
Ensure correct information is provided to the customer on calls .
Fulfill all company-established policy obligations.
Ensuring 80% Login to issuance .

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Telephonic Sales conversions Zero mis-selling Maintaining performance achievement as defined by the company .
