Profile :- Area Sales Manager
Job Role :- The Area Manager will be responsible of one state or part of a state and will report to
the Regional Manager.
Accomplishes sales objectives by training, assigning, scheduling, counseling and
disciplining employees in assigned districts; communicating job expectations; planning,
monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing
compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information
and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing actions
plans;
Key Accountabilities :-
Team Handling of Two to three BDMs+ASMs
. Inculcating a sense of Team work.
. Dealing with the School Management about finalizing the
concept.
. Market study of competition for school supplies.
. Market study of trends in Product Categories.
. Market Mapping.
. Meeting Prospects for Channel Development.
