Embedded Systems Test Engineer - Automation @ Talentco Hr Services

Job Description

As an Embedded Systems Test Engineer with 2-4 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of embedded systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing requirements and preparing comprehensive test scenarios and test cases - Creating test plans from feature descriptions - Reporting and tracking bugs/issues - Resolving testing-related challenges - Coordinating with team members and stakeholders - Executing manual and automated test procedures - Analyzing test results To excel in this role, you should possess: - Hands-on experience in embedded systems testing - Strong knowledge of Python scripting for automation/testing - Good understanding of Software Test Life Cycle (STLC) and testing methodologies - Proficiency in bug life cycle and experience using test management tools - Familiarity with communication protocols such as CAN, MODBUS, RS232/RS485 - Exposure to test automation tools and equipment used in embedded system validation - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good communication and collaboration skills Qualifications required for this position: - Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related discipline - ISTQB or similar testing certification would be a plus The company offers a competitive salary and benefits, an opportunity to work on cutting-edge embedded systems, a collaborative and innovative work environment, and career growth and skill development opportunities.,
