Principal Consultant Java FSD, AWS, @ Genpact

Job Description

As a Principal Consultant for Java FSD at Genpact, you will be responsible for the following: - Demonstrating excellent development knowledge in Java, AWS, and RabbitMQ. - Ability to write effective APIs, with experience in RestAPI being a plus. - Good understanding of basic frontend/client-side languages, with knowledge of React as a plus. - Strong grasp of key areas of UI of web application architecture, including frontend presentation (HTML, CSS) and Interactive web (JavaScript, etc.). - Experience in deploying solutions using CI/CD and DevOps methodologies. - Designing client-side and server-side architecture to meet project requirements. - Developing applications from detailed design specifications and writing user stories based on use cases. - Collaborating with other developers to ensure project deadlines are met. - Bug and defect remediation, as well as interacting with customers on specific items. - Adherence to client coding standards and developing a full range of tests to support automated deployment pipeline. - Participating in Quality Improvement initiatives and mentoring/coaching graduate staff. - Experience in Technical documentation and creating Administration/Support documentation. - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment. Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum Qualifications / Skills: - BE/BTech/MCA Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - Experience in Java and AWS. - Fluent written and verbal communication in English. - Knowledge and experience in Agile/Scrum project methodologies. - Strong customer focus and willingness to multi-task. - Ability to learn and apply new technology and tools effectively.
