Job Description
- Role Overview: As a Finance and Accounting Specialist at Agnikul, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of the company. Your responsibilities will include preparing asset, liability, and capital account entries, documenting financial transactions, recommending financial actions, summarizing financial status, maintaining controls, reconciling financial discrepancies, and answering accounting questions. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and understanding account information. - Document financial transactions by documenting account information. - Recommend financial actions by understanding accounting alternatives. - Summarize financial status by gathering information; creating balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. - Maintain controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. - Reconcile / tally financial discrepancies by gathering and understanding account information. - Answer accounting questions by researching and understanding accounting policy and regulations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting. - Some experience in fast-paced projects (non-aerospace is okay). - Preferred: Master's Degree in Accounting or equivalent area of focus.
