Job Description
- Role Overview: As a Cabin Crew member, your role is crucial in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers during their journey. You will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism throughout the flight. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct pre-flight safety checks and briefings to ensure the safety of passengers - Provide in-flight customer service by serving meals and beverages - Respond promptly to passenger needs and handle in-flight emergencies efficiently - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cabin throughout the flight - Demonstrate emergency procedures and assist passengers during critical situations - Prepare reports on flight incidents or irregularities - Deliver a welcoming, professional, and culturally sensitive service experience to all passengers Qualification Required: - Minimum Education: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) from a recognized board - Age: 18-26 years (for freshers) - Height: Minimum 155 cm (female) with proportionate weight - Medically fit and no visible tattoos - Proficiency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus) - Pleasant personality with excellent grooming standards - Willingness to relocate and work in shifts, including weekends and holidays - Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or customer service is an advantage Note: The job offers competitive salary & flying allowances, free travel benefits, uniform and grooming allowance, professional training, growth opportunities, and a vibrant and supportive work culture.,
