Job Description
Type: Full-time | Location: Surat
Compensation: In-hand 18k-35k
About the Role:
Were seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to help lead our store teams. This role
combines customer service excellence with operational leadership, ensuring smooth daily
functioning and strong sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day store operations and staff scheduling.
* Train, guide, and motivate Sales Assistants to deliver great service.
* Monitor store sales and implement strategies to achieve targets.
* Manage inventory, stock control, and visual merchandising standards.
* Resolve customer concerns and maintain high satisfaction levels.
* Greet customers and assist with product selection, styling tips, and queries.
* Promote new arrivals, collections, and ongoing offers.
* Support stock replenishment and ensure product displays look fresh and attractive.
* Handle billing, returns, and refunds with accuracy and efficiency.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.

* Prior experience in retail fashion.

* Ability to adapt quickly and handle operational challenges.

* Prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
