Job Description

As a Problem Analyst in this role, you will be responsible for: - Analyzing and solving problems at their root, while understanding the broader context of issues. - Establishing, meeting, and monitoring SLAs for support issues in collaboration with other teams. - Interfacing with customers to comprehend their requirements and delivering comprehensive data solutions. - Tackling multiple potential courses of action in a high-ambiguity environment using quantitative analysis and business judgment. - Addressing and effectively managing sensitive issues, as well as handling escalations from business teams. - Building and nurturing internal relationships with Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, Client Support Managers, and Ad Operations to swiftly identify, report, and resolve issues. Your qualifications for this role include: - Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer success, displaying patience and maintaining composure under pressure when resolving real-time customer issues. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely to various audiences, including non-technical individuals. - Experience working with Big Data technologies such as Kafka. - A degree in BTech/Bachelors in CS/IT or a related field.,
