Job Description
- As an experienced QA professional with over 10 years of experience in the field, you will be responsible for leading the QA strategy, planning, and execution for InsurTech products focused on P&C insurance. Your role will involve designing and implementing manual and automated test plans across various testing types such as functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to effectively translating business requirements into test strategies. Ensuring complete test coverage for Cat modeling workflows using RMS and AIR will also be a part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be expected to build and maintain automation frameworks and manage test artifacts using tools like Selenium, Playwright, JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr. Key Responsibilities: - Lead QA strategy, planning, and execution for InsurTech products focused on P&C insurance. - Design and implement manual and automated test plans across functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective test strategies. - Ensure complete test coverage for Cat modeling workflows using RMS and AIR. - Build and maintain automation frameworks and manage test artifacts using tools like Selenium, Playwright, JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr. Qualifications Required: - 10-15 years of QA experience, with exposure to business analysis or PMO roles in InsurTech. - Strong domain knowledge in P&C insurance, especially in claims, underwriting, and policy workflows. - 5+ years of hands-on experience in Catastrophe Modeling using RMS or AIR. - Proficiency in automation tools (Selenium, Playwright) and test management platforms. - Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and full SDLC/STLC.
