Job Description
- As an engineer of the Software Quality Assurance (QA) team at NVIDIA, your role will involve orchestrating the Software Quality process for CAD tools and flows related to semiconductor products. You will work on infrastructure and software used for testing complex semiconductor devices. Your responsibilities will include providing support for testing and validation processes, architecting automated Software Quality processes, crafting test plans and cases based on user requirements, maintaining testing frameworks, performing code reviews and testing, and delivering bug-free software applications. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members on DFT flows and support the development of tools using C++, Python, and TCL. Key Responsibilities: - Provide hardware, software, and lab support for testing and validation processes. - Architect highly automated Software Quality processes for design flows. - Craft feature test plans, write test cases, and automate testing. - Maintain regression testing frameworks and develop test reporting mechanisms. - Perform code reviews, static analysis, and dynamic testing. - Deliver high-quality, bug-free Software Applications. - Work with diverse team members on DFT flows and methodologies for chip designs. - Support the development of tools using C++/Python/TCL. - Collaborate cross-functionally with DFT Methodology, Implementation, and design teams. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering. - Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience in a Software QA role. - Knowledge of software testing techniques, code reviews, testing tools, and CI/CD tools. - Strong GenAI, LLM, AI Code Generation skills desirable. - Proficiency in Python, Tcl, or C++ programming and scripting. - Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA. - Experience in providing lab software and hardware. Stand Out Skills: - Knowledge or experience with DFT is a plus. - Familiarity with BDD processes desirable. - Understanding of Verilog, ASIC design principles, and logic cells is a plus.
