Quality Assurance Test Lead @ Collinson Loyalty

Job Description

Role Overview: As a QA Test Lead with over 6 years of experience, including 2 to 3+ years in a Test Lead role and 3+ years of hands-on experience with test automation tools and framework development, your primary focus will be on ensuring quality is a fundamental aspect of software development. You will be responsible for setting test standards, supporting engineers, and fostering a culture where quality is a shared responsibility. Key Responsibilities: - Define and maintain test quality standards across engineering squads - Oversee Automation QAs/SDeTs and manual testers - Craft high-quality integration and end-to-end tests - Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and delivery leads to embed quality practices and design comprehensive test strategies - Drive the development and enhancement of automated testing frameworks - Ensure seamless integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines - Take ownership of test suite structure and health - Guide squads in various testing aspects - Facilitate BDD and 3-amigos sessions to enhance clarity in requirements Qualifications Required: - Strong background in quality assurance - Proficiency in test automation frameworks like Cypress and Playwright - Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and RestAssured - Adept at writing automated tests in Typescript - Organizing performance testing and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines - Fostering BDD-style collaboration Additional Company Details: Omit as there are no additional details provided in the job description.,
