Your role at Magna will involve various responsibilities across different HR functions: - **Talent Acquisition:** Spearhead strategic recruitment initiatives aligned with workforce planning. Promote internal mobility through job postings and employee referrals to establish Magna Seating as an employer of choice. - **Performance Management:** Supervise the annual performance appraisal process to align with organizational objectives. Develop succession plans for critical roles to ensure leadership continuity. - **Training & Development:** Identify training needs and oversee the training budget. Implement programs to enhance employee skills and evaluate their effectiveness for impactful learning experiences. - **Employee Engagement:** Foster a positive work environment through engaging initiatives and effective communication strategies. Coordinate monthly meetings and drive corporate social responsibility activities to enhance morale and unity. - **Compliance:** Ensure accurate and timely salary processing while adhering to statutory and legal requirements such as EPF, PT, and LWF. Maintain compliance with all regulations. - **HR Process Improvement:** Lead HR process automation and continuous improvement projects. Collaborate with other Magna divisions to share best practices and enhance organizational capabilities. To excel in this role, you should possess: - A Master's degree in Human Resources - Minimum 12 to 15 years of HR Generalist experience, covering various aspects such as talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations - Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities - A focus on awareness, unity, and empowerment Join Magna Seating as a Regular / Permanent employee and be part of a team dedicated to innovation and excellence.,
