Job Description
- As a Front-End Developer specializing in email coding and web support, you will play a crucial role in building high-quality, responsive, and accessible HTML emails that drive marketing performance. You will collaborate with designers, copywriters, and project managers to bring campaigns to life from concept to deployment. Your attention to detail, ability to work cross-functionally, and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment will be key assets in this role. - Develop responsive and mobile-optimized HTML emails aligned with brand guidelines and industry best practices - Translate Figma/PSD designs into pixel-perfect emails across various email clients and platforms - Implement dynamic content and personalization - Conduct thorough QA testing - Manage content in ESPs such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Mailchimp, and Braze - Stay current with email standards, accessibility, and compliance regulations To excel in this position, you should have: - Hands-on experience in coding responsive HTML emails - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 - Experience with Dreamweaver or Visual Studio Code - Strong understanding of cross-client email rendering - Familiarity with email scripting for personalization - Experience working within email platforms - Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines - Problem-solving skills and creativity - Collaboration skills and flexibility in adjusting to various brand styles Preferred qualifications for this role include: - Experience in developing responsive landing pages, microsites, or web banners - Foundation in JavaScript/jQuery - Familiarity with CMS platforms and version control - Basic understanding of SEO and web accessibility standards - Knowledge of backend technologies like PHP or MySQL - Exposure to modular design systems or frameworks - Interest in emerging tools and technologies Joining our team will provide you with the opportunity to work with global brands across diverse industries and markets.
