Job Description

    As a Quality Analyst at Teleperformance, your main responsibility will be to monitor and evaluate the quality of inbound and/or outbound telephone calls and other customer contact methods (e.g., email, chat) to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards. You will document quality issues and performance measures for management review and provide information to assist in the feedback and formal education process of individuals on the phone. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and evaluate the quality of customer interactions (calls, emails, chats) - Document quality issues and performance measures for management review - Provide feedback and education to individuals to improve performance - Work independently within set frames and follow established standards - Share best practices and develop relevant solutions - Continuously improve day-to-day activities and processes - Serve as a formal team leader for junior co-workers and set operational objectives Qualifications Required: - Professional/university degree - Approximately 1-2 years of practical professional experience in a related area Teleperformance is a leading provider of customer experience management, offering premier omnichannel support to top global companies.
