Key Responsibilities

Research and prepare a database of colleges/universities across India. Identify and verify the right SPOC (Placement Officer / Training & Placement Head). Reach out to campuses through calls, emails, or LinkedIn for student engagement. Support in acquiring candidates from various campuses for Shine.com opportunities. Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and contacts.
