Job Description
- As an ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for managing the team, projects, and client communication. Your strong interpersonal skills and business acumen will be essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in audit preparation as needed. - Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs. - Prepare tax documents. - Compile and analyze financial statements. - Manage budgeting and forecasting. - Communicate effectively with clients. - Keep track of deadlines and tasks specified by clients. - Allocate tasks to the team. - Resolve queries of team members. - Prepare and review SOPs. - Review accounts. - Handle monthly client meetings. - Perform any other duties as required. Software Proficiency: - Demonstrated experience in Accounting functions using software such as Xero, Zoho Books, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks desktop, and Sage. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and OneDrive. Qualifications: - Minimum 4 years of experience in US Accounting processes. - At least 2 years of managerial experience in US Accounting processes. - CA/CPA certification preferred. - Excellent communication skills. - Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
