Job Description
- Draft and review purchase & sale agreements, REAs/OEAs, leases, licenses, title and survey matters.
- Prepare letters, notices, waivers, landlord-tenant correspondence.
- Track tenant litigation (bankruptcy, eviction, breach of contract).
- Draft and finalize tenant estoppels, SNDAs, waivers.
- Manage legal files, checklists, trackers, and KPIs.
- Provide responsive support to internal teams and tenants.
- U.S. Attorney or Certified Paralegal; min. 5 years CRE legal experience.
- Bachelors degree (JD/Paralegal Certified preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office; legal document management systems preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Team player, proactive, adaptable; familiarity with Yardi a plus.
