We are hiring a Production Manager to lead our Dabur India Ltd. The role requires expertise in production planning, process optimization, quality control, and team management. The candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets, improving efficiency, and ensuring product quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the solar module production line

• Plan and schedule production activities to meet targets

• Monitor and improve processes for efficiency and quality

• Lead and mentor the production team for performance excellence

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements

• B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Production Engineering

• 5-7 years of experience in solar module manufacturing / electronics / industrial manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and quality control

• Ability to manage teams and deliver results under deadlines

• Willingness to work in Dera Bassi, Punjab
