Job Description
- You will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring software systems to meet market and/or client requirements end-to-end. This includes designing Rapid Automation process solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions, as well as creating and maintaining RA Solution documentation. You will develop, configure programs, scripts, and objects that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand. Additionally, you will create and document test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases and support the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases. You will also be responsible for supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process, as well as problem-solving issues that arise in the day-to-day running of RA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and configure software systems - Design Rapid Automation process solutions - Create and maintain RA Solution documentation - Develop and configure efficient programs, scripts, and objects - Create and document test procedures and scenarios - Support Operational Teams during UAT and rollout phases - Support existing processes and implement change requirements - Problem solve issues in RA processes and provide timely solutions Qualifications Required: - 3-7 years of experience in developing and testing software on a Windows platform - 1 year hands-on programming experience in Process Automation Software like Blue Prism - Technically sound with hands-on development experience in core OOPs - Ability to understand a business process from a workflow diagram and conceptualize it as an automated solution - Good communication skills to present technical details to a non-technical audience - Ability to communicate with clients and gather Business Requirements - Experience in enforcing coding standards, performing code reviews, and mentoring junior developers,
