Job Description
- Role Overview: As a Testing Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to align with project leads to understand testing requirements. You will be operating and performing chemical and mechanical tests as per project needs, and recording observations and data. Analyzing the data, preparing test reports, and discussing them with the project lead will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will be maintaining the experimental facilities in the Polymer Lab and taking proactive actions to ensure equipment is operational. Inventory counts of spares and available consumables will also be a part of your tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Align with project leads to understand testing requirements - Operate and perform chemical and mechanical tests as per project needs, and record observations/data - Analyze data, prepare test reports, and discuss with project lead - Maintain experimental facilities in the Polymer Lab and take proactive actions to keep equipment running - Involve in inventory counts of spares and available consumables Qualifications Required: - B. Tech./M. Tech. degree in Chemical/Polymer related technical discipline - Experience working in a research and lab environment - Exposure to chemical and mechanical testing, and data analysis - Proficiency in MS Excel to collect data, plot, and analyze results,
