Role Overview: You are currently seeking a Fresher Company Secretary & Compliance Officer to join as a part of your team. The ideal candidate would be a Qualified CS with a valid membership number, for a position at your corporate office located in Pitampura, Delhi. Key Responsibility: - Handling ROC/MCA filings - Ensuring statutory compliance - Maintaining corporate governance standards - Assisting in board meetings - Preparing documentation - Compiling regulatory reports as needed Qualification Required: - Qualified CS with a valid membership number - Fresher CS or at least 1 year of experience in ROC, MCA filings, and compliance specifically for group-owned companies The salary offered for this position will be in line with industry standards, reflecting the value and expertise that the successful candidate will bring to the role.,
