Job Description
- Role Overview: You will be the Deputy Manager- Operations/ City Manager at Cityfurnish, responsible for overseeing the order fulfillment cycle for both B2B and B2C clients in Mumbai and Pune. Your role will involve managing end-to-end operations to ensure timely deliveries to the end user. Key Responsibilities: - Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory management for Mumbai and Pune. - Manage day-to-day operations of a large-scale warehouse, being accountable for achieving daily performance targets. - Support the warehouse manager with daily plans and execution as a key operation controller. - Manage vendors, logistics, and billings for 2 cities. - Produce regular reports and statistics such as IN/OUT refurbishment report and dead stock report. - Monitor quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency. - Track monthly budget expenses and refurbishment requirements. - Resolve problems, complaints, or customer escalations as they arise. - Maintain metrics, analyze data for performance assessment, and implement improvements. - Collaborate with various departments to optimize efficiencies and manage expectations. Qualification Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in an operational or logistics role. - Strong communication skills, both written and oral. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively with blue-collar staff. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Proficiency in MS-Office.
