Job Description
- Manage risk and compliance activities for Companys IT operations.
- Oversee internal and external audits related to risk and compliance.
- Conduct IT control testing and assurance to ensure proper operation.
- Assist in the delivery of offshoring plans from a risk and compliance perspective.
- Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues to relevant teams.
- Ensure audit actions are completed and risks are managed effectively.
- Maintain updated risk profiles and ensure quality of findings and evidence.
- Ensure timely completion of risk and compliance activities.
- Conduct audits as per schedule and manage action points.
- Create and update the R&C framework in line with offshoring strategy.
- Deliver high-quality work that helps improve control environments and manage risk appetite.
- Reports to Outsource Risk Transformation Lead.
- Works with internal teams like Business Units, UK ITS, and Risk & Compliance.
- Collaborates with external suppliers and consultants.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (CS/IT/EC).
- Experience in IT Audit.
- Chartered Accountant preferred.
- IT Control Assurance and Testing
- Strong knowledge of IT Security Frameworks (like ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR) /Standards & good practices (including Cloud Security)
- High level technical knowledge of risk management and audit techniques.
- Strong understanding of IT Governance Frameworks & regulatory requirements
- Requires Critical thinking to evaluate scenarios and making objective decisions.
- Relationship building skills.
- Persuasive and articulate, able to influence, negotiate and manage conflict at a senior level.
- Strong IT & report writing skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve excellence with strong intellect
- Must have excellent communication
