Job Description
- As a Java Full-Stack Developer at People Tech Group in Bengaluru, you will take ownership of both front-end and back-end aspects of web applications. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Architecting, developing, and maintaining backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate, as well as front-end interfaces with React/Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. - Building and integrating RESTful APIs to ensure smooth communication between the front-end and back-end. - Designing, deploying, and optimizing AWS-based infrastructure (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, DynamoDB) for scalability and performance. - Implementing CI/CD pipelines, automating deployment workflows with tools like Jenkins and Docker, with Kubernetes experience being a significant advantage. - Conducting code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to maintain high code quality and reliability. - Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and participating in Agile ceremonies. - Contributing to technical documentation, creating architecture diagrams, and maintaining coding standards for team knowledge sharing. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent. - 4+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack Java development. - Proficiency with Java (Java 8+), Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and design patterns. - Strong front-end skills using React or Angular, along with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks. - Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB). - Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline tools (Jenkins, Git), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes). - Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and caching mechanisms (Redis/Memcached). - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaborative skills. Preferred qualifications include: - AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer Associate). - Agile development experience and familiarity with tools like JIRA. - Expertise in role-specific industries, cloud platforms (Azure/GCP), or modern testing frameworks. - Full-stack project leadership or ownership in previous roles.
