- Role Overview: As a seasoned and high-performing Cloud Lead Architect, you will be responsible for leading the Cloud Practice and collaborating with Sales to drive growth in this area. Your main focus will be on developing, leading, and executing key growth strategies to enhance the Cloud Practice. With over 10 years of solutions and delivery experience, you will play a crucial role in providing technical leadership and innovative solutions in the Cloud domain. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, lead, and execute key growth strategies, tactics, and action plans to enhance the Cloud Practice. - Possess a deep understanding of the Cloud domain from both application and infrastructure perspectives. - Manage existing Cloud delivery for customers and provide technical leadership and solutioning to sales and delivery teams. - Establish collaborative communities to share best practices, deliver training, and communicate executive messages. - Create innovative and differentiated propositions for Cloud and build partnerships with Cloud vendors. - Coach the sales team on selling cloud solutions and work collaboratively with sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams to deliver proposals and solutions to customers. Qualification Required: - 10+ years of solutions and delivery experience. - Experience in playing an architecture and solutioning role in Cloud. - Demonstrable experience in leading Cloud teams and developing client-focused solutions. - Good understanding of global delivery models and capability to engage with global teams. - Excellent communication skills to articulate complicated cloud reports. - Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in a deadline-driven environment, attention to detail, and multitasking capability. - Passion and self-motivation towards Cloud technologies. Additional Details: The company is seeking a Cloud Lead Architect with expertise in AWS & GCP services such as EC2, Compute Engine, VPC, RDS, CloudFormation, ELB, Route53, and Auto-Scaling. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing EC2 instances, creating snapshots and AMI, setting up VPCs with securities for different environments, and implementing DevOps CI/CD automation on AWS. Additionally, knowledge of CI/CD tools like GIT, Jenkins, AWS CodeBuild/CodeDeploy/CodePipeline, Bitbucket Pipelines, database management, and AWS's well-architected framework is required. Experience with log management, APM, monitoring tools, containers, orchestration, and serverless technologies is beneficial for this role.,
