Job Description
- As an Infoscion, your role will involve developing value-creating strategies and models to help clients innovate, drive growth, and enhance business profitability. You should possess good knowledge of software configuration management systems, stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends, and demonstrate logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Additionally, you need to have the ability to collaborate effectively, understand financial processes for different project types, and be familiar with various pricing models. Key Responsibilities: - Develop innovative solutions to address customer issues, diagnose problem areas, and facilitate deployment for client satisfaction. - Own parts of proposal documents, provide inputs in solution design, and plan configuration activities based on expertise. - Configure products as per design, conduct pilots, and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design. - Conduct solution/product demonstrations, workshops, and prepare effort estimates aligned with customer budgetary requirements. - Lead small projects, contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives, and deliver high-quality solutions to customers. Qualifications Required: - Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models for client innovation and growth. - Good knowledge of software configuration management systems and awareness of industry trends. - Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and effective collaboration abilities. - Understanding of financial processes, pricing models, and technology solutions. - Client interfacing skills and experience in project and team management.
