Job Description
- Lead SAP Application Development (primarily SAP S/4HANA) opportunities with global scope, taking end-to-end ownership of solution design and bid responses in collaboration with SMEs.
- Position and promote Capgeminis SAP offerings and assets within the clients business context.
- Define and drive the solution strategy, working with sales, account teams, and partners, while aligning with competitive dynamics and customer priorities.
- Present, defend, and secure approval for proposed solutions at internal (BU/MU/SBU) and client levels through meetings, workshops, and orals.
- Guide customers on S/4HANA adoption (On-Premise, Cloud, RISE) as part of their digital transformation journey, showcasing clear business value.
- Support delivery assurance, solution innovation, and transformation agendas in large accounts.
- Contribute to competency development by building reusable assets, automation, PoCs, and innovative solution accelerators.
- Mentor and coach consultants to enhance solutioning capabilities across projects.
- Provide expert-level support for ongoing SAP projects, migrations, and delivery engagements.
- 1012+ years of SAP experience with a strong ABAP background and proven delivery of at least two system conversion projects as a technology architect/consultant.
- Deep expertise in ECC to S/4HANA migrations including Brownfield, Hybrid, and Selective Data Transition (SDT) using tools like SAP SLT with SLO, SNP, or Cbs.
- Pre-sales solutioning experience in SAP conversion deals, with the ability to articulate and advise on different S/4HANA transformation approaches.
- Strong hands-on knowledge in SAP core modules such as ABAP, BASIS, or SAP Technology Architecture, coupled with delivery management experience.
- Proficiency in S/4HANA, Suite on HANA, and HANA database fundamentals.
- Expertise in end-to-end SAP project processesimplementation, migration, upgrade, sizing, architecture, and daily operations.
- Experienced in working within multi-cultural, distributed global delivery models.
- Excellent English communication skills with strong stakeholder management and client engagement abilities at senior levels.
- Prior experience representing organizations at industry events and forums is desirable.
- BE/MBA/MCA or equivalent degree.
- Relevant SAP certifications preferred.
