Job Description
- As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the End to End Talent Acquisition Cycle for all levels of hiring. This includes interviewing candidates for defined positions in compliance with company policy and statutory/regulatory guidelines. You will collaborate with managers and stakeholders across different departments to understand requisitions, identify talent through networking and special pools, and recommend candidates for final processing after evaluation. Operating under minimal supervision, you will work as an Individual Contributor focusing on Bulk-Hiring, Lateral Hiring, Stakeholder Management, driving closures, and vendor management. Your main responsibilities will include: - Sourcing candidates through vendors/consultants, job portals, and referrals. - Conducting initial rounds of interviews. - Coordinating personal/telephonic interview rounds with Senior Management and Head of Departments. - Coordinating with selected candidates for necessary documents. - Negotiating and preparing offers for selected candidates. - Following up with candidates on their joining dates. - Empanelment of consultants and vendors. - Maintaining relationships with vendors. - Following up with vendors to source candidates. You will also be responsible for: - Ensuring Talent Acquisition expenses align with the defined budget. - Controlling attrition within the 0-6 month period. - Maintaining metrics for Talent Acquisition and adhering to Standard Operating Processes. - Ensuring continuous compliance with existing guidelines, internal client responses, and email etiquettes. - Adherence to people-related policies/procedures, maintaining integrity, discipline, and confidentiality. - Adhering to the ISMS Policy and Quality Management System of the organization. Ideal candidates should have 9+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition for both IT & Non-IT segments, along with a full-time graduation qualification. This position is based in Mumbai/Bangalore, and a joining time of 15 days is required.,
