We are currently seeking applications for the position of Process Developer, Property Estimation. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to provide reconstruction and mitigation services for damaged properties covered by insurance contracts. Your estimates should aim to restore the property to its pre-loss condition, utilizing materials of similar quality. You will be required to manage claims adjusting services in accordance with client contractual service level agreements, maintain complete claims records, and ensure timely invoicing when necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Manage claims adjusting services based on client service level agreements. - Maintain complete claims records and ensure timely invoicing. - Prepare sketches based on dimensions provided by adjusters. - Verify line items in the loss list and aerial or 3D measurement tool diagrams. - Demonstrate expertise in handling water mitigation, wind/hail, or roof damage assignments. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: - Any Graduate with Math as a primary subject. - Relevant direct property/warranty claims handling experience. - College Diploma or equivalent work experience. Essential Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Solid understanding of US property construction terminology and insurance principles. - Ability to conduct root-cause analysis for process improvements. - Effective time management skills to meet deadlines. - Exceptional customer service skills. - Proficiency in using computers, software applications, and communication tools. - Lean Six Sigma Certification(s). Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets, MS Word, and internet usage for day-to-day operations.
