We are currently seeking applications for the position of Manager, Lean Digital Transformation - Customer Service. As a Black Belt at Genpact, you will be responsible for managing and executing a roadmap of High Impact Projects that address key business challenges and opportunities related to large-scale Customer Service processes for software and hardware products. This involves utilizing methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, Business process re-engineering, or Digital/Analytics solutions. Your role will focus on delivering key transformation projects for clients by leveraging digital technologies such as Robotics, Machine Learning, Intelligent automations, and other Advanced technologies. Collaboration with cross-functional global teams will be essential to drive positive business outcomes for customers. The role may involve travel and flexibility due to the distributed nature of the teams, offering exposure to working with senior stakeholders internally and externally. Responsibilities: - Develop a roadmap for lean digital transformation and process improvement in core and enterprise operations of clients - Generate Point of Views and Art of the Possible by evaluating operations from a Digital, Analytics, and Process Re-engineering perspective - Lead digital-led transformation projects, completing 2-3 high-impact projects annually per certification guidelines - Engage in program management by coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple project leads for timely delivery of outcomes - Implement business process management systems for new clients - Drive Lean Digital Transformation DNA through training, testing, certification, and other productivity initiatives - Coach and mentor Project Owners and Team Members in DMAIC and Lean projects - Collaborate with operating teams to achieve key SLAs, productivity commitments, risk mitigation, etc. - Establish a governance framework and facilitate continuous improvement dialogues with clients and internal stakeholders Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications / Skills: - Post Graduation / MBA - Certified Black Belt - Certified Project Manager - Program Management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects through cross-functional teams - Strong influencing skills, clarity of thought, and change management abilities - Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with the capacity to address complex problems and develop analytical roadmaps Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - Experience in Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning, etc. - Ability to challenge the status quo and think innovatively - People Leadership skills to coach, mentor, influence, and motivate others effectively - Executive presence with impactful oral and written communication - Fosters a team environment of accountability and commitment towards project goals - Willingness to travel to various client locations - Ability to work in diverse teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders - Black Belt Certification is mandatory, while Project Management and RPA Certification are advantageous This position is based in India, specifically in Hyderabad, and requires a Master's degree or equivalent.
