Job Description
- Role Overview: As a Lead Consultant - NOC Monitoring at Genpact, you will collaborate closely with customers and vendors to enhance performance, provide suggestions for improving infrastructure and network stability and performance, and minimize outages. Key Responsibilities: - Minimum experience in Network Monitoring & basic administration - Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting issues - Hands-on Experience with Network Monitoring tools like SolarWinds - Knowledge of VPN tunnel setup configurations on Palo Alto and Azure firewalls - Understanding of SD WAN implementation, MPLS, and Internet circuit deployment - Familiarity with BGP metrics and its operation layer - Hands-on experience with Azure Load balancer and split tunnel VPN setup - Basic Configuration of DHCP, NAT policies in firewalls - Knowledge of configuring Stack switches - Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure - Conducting Network health check-ups like utilizations - Keeping the network inventory up to date - Creating architecture diagrams, documents, and standard operating procedures - Conducting and frontend disaster recovery drills, backup, and restore procedures Qualifications Required: Minimum Qualifications / Skills: - Excellent written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience in customer interfacing roles - Proficiency in requirement understanding, analytical and problem-solving abilities, interpersonal efficiency, and a positive attitude Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - CCNA Certification,
