Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Bachelor degree except Engg (2 + years experience )
- B.E (1+ years experience)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using JMeter or similar tools.
- Analyze test results to pinpoint performance issues and work with development teams to find solutions.
- Monitor application and system performance during tests and in production environments.
- Contribute to the overall quality assurance process, including functional and regression testing.
- Create clear and concise test plans, test cases, and reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
0.10-3 years of experience in software testing.
- A minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in performance testing.
- Proven practical experience in scripting with JMeter or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of core performance testing concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with a banking customer or in the financial services sector.
- Familiarity with other performance testing tools like LoadRunner or Gatling.
- Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
