Job Title: Performance Testing Technical Consultant

Location: Mumbai, India

Experience: 7+ yrs

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Performance Testing Consultant with strong expertise in load and performance testing of web-based and client-server applications. The role involves test planning, scripting, execution, analysis, and reporting to ensure high-quality and scalable application performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and execute performance tests (Load, Stress, Endurance, etc.).

Develop test strategies, workload models, and performance test plans.

Create and enhance test scripts with correlations, parameterization, and custom coding.

Analyse performance results, monitor applications, and identify bottlenecks.

Collaborate with stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations.

Required Skills:

7 years of experience in Performance Testing & Engineering.

Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, and Gatling.

Good knowledge of monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Splunk, New Relic, etc.) and server log analysis.

Expertise in JVM/GC tuning, thread dump/heap dump analysis, and performance bottleneck resolution.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

Certification in Performance Testing.

Experience with defect management tools (JIRA).

Exposure to publishing blogs or articles on performance.
