Job Description
Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and implement a variety of secure & scalable cloud infrastructure solutions.
Interact with customer contacts and colleagues, elicit requirements, plan deliverables
accordingly.
Document and execute best practices on DevOps; Continuously share knowledge with team
members.
Create metrics to measure project delivery effectiveness and evangelize with team and
customer contacts.
Develop inter personal relations with colleagues and practice open communication with
team members.
Publish whitepapers/blogs focused on cloud technologies and share with team members.
Be the cloud champion by continuously learning new technologies and identifying technical
areas for smart - Shift to invest in, to stay ahead in the market.
Skills:
Hands on DevOps & AWS experience.
Experience in CICD pipeline integration and deployment using DevOps tools OR AWS services
Experience in Orchestration and configuration management tools like ECS, Docker, Chef,
Elasticsearch
Must have practical knowledge in any one programming language and any one database SQL
or NoSQL
Experience in cloud services: API gateway, Lambda, Elastic Beanstalk, Cloud Formation,
Terraform
Experience in Amazon services EC2, ECS, EBS, EFS, Autoscaling, ELB, Route53, VPC, IAM,
Cloud Watch, RDS, S3, SNS, CloudTrail, CloudFront.
Experience in Domain name system, Certificate management, Active Directory Integration.
Configuration management tools like Puppet and Ansible, CI/CD, Jenkins, Kubernetes, ELK
Experience in Shell scripting; Past experience in executing Ruby scripts is desirable & control
platforms such as Git, Bitbucket, SVN
Linux working experience is mandatory RedHat, CentOS, SUSE Linux.
Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios.
Possess strong problem solving and analytical skills; consistent incorporation of best
practices and standards in delivery.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) & interpersonal skills able to influence
customer.
AWS Certified would a plus.
Required Candidate profile
Candidate must have exposure in Jenkins, Kubernetes, Ansible and docker.Job Classification
