Core Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives.
Remove impediments and blockers to team progress.
Coach team members on agile principles and Scrum practices.
Track and report metrics (velocity, burndown charts, cycle time).
Foster stakeholder alignment and manage expectations.
Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops.
Coordinate across multiple teams and manage dependencies.
Skills & Competencies
Leadership without authority (servant leadership).

Agile coaching and mentoring.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally.

Experience Requirements
35 years in Agile environments or Scrum Master roles.
Experience with cross-functional teams (59 members).
Exposure to scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) is a plus.
Background in software development or technical project management (preferred).
Educational Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II) required.
Advanced certifications (PSM III, CSP-SM, SAFe) are a plus.
