Must have : Unix , SQL , L2 Production Support experience , change management , incident management, problem management , Monitoring tools like Splunk/Dynatrace.
Good to have : Exposure to Automation tools like XLR , CI CD pipeline and DevOps skills like Jenkins , Chef Infra & Habitat
