Job Opportunity Full Stack Developer

Role: Senior Full Stack Developer
Experience: 7+ Years

Overview

We are seeking a strong Individual Contributor (IC) who can independently handle projects from day one. The role requires deep expertise in React.js (Frontend) and Java, Spring Boot (Backend) to deliver scalable, performant, and maintainable solutions.

Primary Responsibilities Frontend (50%)

• Build robust and reusable React.js components using modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Implement state management with React Hooks, Redux, or Context API.
• Ensure responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible UIs.
• Write unit tests using Jest, React Testing Library (or equivalent).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality UI/UX.

Primary Responsibilities Backend (50%)

• Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs using Java (8+) and Spring Boot.
• Integrate with microservices and third-party APIs.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and contribute to basic DevOps practices.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of backend services.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
