Skill: Maximo Developer

Location: Pune/Bangalore/Hyderabad

• 5+ years of experience
• Mandatory : Able to Design, Plan, Review and Recommend Maximo solution and lead Maximo team for delivery
• Guide all technical aspects of solution development and integration, Industry Recommendation, Performance Improvements, Add-on Tool evaluation
• Must have hands on experience on Maximo Application Suite 8
• Experience in MAS Upgrade/Implementation
• Experience in Implementing, Configuring and Customizing Maximo Mobile
• Have hands on Experience with Maximo customization, scripting, configuration, installation and integration
• Responsible for providing Maximo consulting services to the clients
• Executes Maximo requirement discovery workshops and documents requirements gaps
• Lead the Maximo functional design process for the product implementation
• Collaborates with Technical Consultants and Analysts to ensure the deliverables and schedules are achieved
• Liaise/lead with the test team and run the User Acceptance Test
• Create training documents and deliver training
• Actively participate in the Development of business and vendor relationships.
• Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, providing input and guidance into the staffing process.
• Lead business development initiatives to grow the Finance team and Federal practice
• Manage resources and budget on client projects.
• Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process
• Displays both breadth and depth of Knowledge regarding functional and technical issues
• Displays leadership and business judgment in anticipating client/project needs and developing alternative solutions
• Provide counselling/coaching, oversight, and support for delivery teams and staff
