Job Description

Hiring: Senior Data Scientist (Operations Research, Optimization & Forecasting)

Mode: Work From Home (Remote)Shift: 1 PM 10 PM

Experience: 8-10 years

Joining: Immediate

Responsibilities

Design & deploy optimization models (Gurobi, OR-Tools, Pyomo, CVXPY) and time series forecasting models (ARIMA, Prophet, LSTM).Solve real-world problems in supply chain, route optimization, and resource allocation.Build nonlinear & mixed-integer optimization models. Deploy & monitor ML solutions on AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS).

Research & evaluate new algorithms/tools to improve performance.Collaborate with business, engineering, and product teams for seamless integration.Document methodologies, ensure reproducibility & best practices.Manipulate/visualize large datasets and present insights effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or related field.8-10 years overall experience, with 4+ years hands-on in production ML/Data Science.Strong expertise in Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).Solid experience with optimization libraries & forecasting techniques.

Must have AWS deployment experience.Familiar with ML DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Git/GitHub/GitLab).

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with ability to work in ambiguity.
