Job Description
- As a Tax Deputy Manager at EisnerAmper Advisory Group, you will play a critical role in the Financial Services Tax practice. With over 4 years of experience in U.S./Global taxation, your primary responsibility will be to lead end-to-end tax assignments and compliance work specifically related to Partnerships (Form 1065). Your key tasks will involve: - Reviewing tax returns and workpapers according to U.S. Tax Law standards - Managing and mentoring a small team within the tax cluster - Serving as the primary point of contact for technical queries escalation - Maintaining client communication to ensure quality delivery - Supporting senior management in execution and evaluating team performance Your qualifications should ideally include: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - Hands-on experience in Funds-of-Funds, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, or Venture Capital taxation - Strong team leadership and technical review capabilities - Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or Enrolled Agent (preferred but not mandatory) Experience working directly with U.S.-based clients and global stakeholders, along with a background in financial services-oriented tax firms, will be advantageous. In this role, you will operate in a 4 Days Work From Office mode, with Mondays and Fridays being mandatory in-office days. The shift timings are from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST, and flexibility during peak seasons is essential.
