Job Description
- Role Overview: As a member of the team, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and manage our production infrastructure hosted on AWS. You will be involved in creating pipelines to deploy and manage global infrastructure efficiently. Your role will also include analyzing complex system behavior, performance, and application issues, as well as developing observability, alerts, and run books. Linux systems administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and automation will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will be required to perform capacity analysis and planning, traffic routing, and implementing security policies. Proactively identifying and resolving technology-related bottlenecks will be crucial, showcasing your high level of technical expertise within one or more technical domains. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain production infrastructure on AWS - Create pipelines for deploying and managing global infrastructure - Analyze complex system behavior and performance issues - Develop observability, alerts, and run books - Perform Linux systems administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and automation - Conduct capacity analysis, traffic routing, and implement security policies - Identify and solve technology-related bottlenecks - Demonstrate technical expertise in one or more technical domains Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience with Linode and handling Baremetal - Experience in Linux/UNIX systems administration - Solid experience provisioning public cloud resources using Terraform - Familiarity with technologies like Redis, Elasticache, etc. - Hands-on experience with Containers/Orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes) - Experience with CI/CD tools such as Argo CD - Proficiency in automation platforms like Jenkins and Artifactory - Networking experience in large cloud environments - Experience in a high-volume or critical production service environment - Knowledge of observability tooling like Datadog, Grafana, and CloudWatch Please note that the job is full-time and permanent, and the work location is in person.
