Job Description

As part of the Infosys Quality Team, your role is crucial in supporting all business units and functions to achieve excellence in business delivery and client experience. You will be instrumental in driving change, setting benchmark practices, sharing best practices, and institutionalizing models of excellence across projects. Key Responsibilities: - Identify opportunities to adopt the best process practices and tools in projects. - Explore ways to optimize costs and eliminate wastage in projects. - Implement the latest developments in Agile Project execution. - Plan and implement strategies to derisk projects and ensure noiseless delivery. - Gather and analyze client feedback to ensure expectations are met. - Analyze data to derive insights, patterns, and make data-driven decisions. - Coach teams in identifying improvement opportunities through data analysis. Technical Requirements: - Proficiency in CMMI, ISO, ITIL, and other related standards. - Familiarity with Agile methodology and ALM tools. - Understanding of Lean concepts. - Knowledge of data analysis patterns, basic statistical tests, and comparisons. - Effective communication with stakeholders. - Ability to influence and drive change with stakeholders. Preferred Skills: - ITIL Service Management. - CMMi for Development, including CMMI Process Area-wise process definitions. - ISO 27001. - Experience in ISO 27001 Audit related to Infrastructure-Information Security Management.,
