Key Responsibilities: - Provide post-sale technical and/or non-technical support across multiple sub-families for business and/or end-consumer customers - Handle a high volume of low complexity inquiries through remote customer service via phone, online chat, or text - Analyze and resolve customer issues for higher complexity inquiries typically performed in an office environment - Act as a liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments for specific customer orders in distribution center customer service - Provide technical and non-technical support in a walk-in service center Qualifications Required: - Basic knowledge of job procedures and tools acquired through work experience - May require vocational or basic technical education - Ability to work with moderate supervision and solve routine issues independently - Occasionally implement deviations or improvements to standard procedures Note: Teleperformance is committed to providing a workplace where employees feel valued, inspired, and supported to bring their best selves to work every day.
