As a Lead Consultant, Tableau Developer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing dashboards for performance, manipulating Tableau metadata, and utilizing Tableau extensions. Your responsibilities will also include a passion for visual design and user experience, analyzing business reports to enhance performance and usability, and swiftly turning around complete Proof of Concepts (PoCs) in 1-2 days. Experience with Tableau Prep, Ask Data, and maintaining a Tableau change log will be beneficial. You should be comfortable pushing the limits of what is achievable with Tableau and proficient in leveraging and maintaining Tableau templates. Qualifications we seek in you include a degree in BE/B Tech/ MCA, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong Tableau development background with complex data models. You should have solid experience in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, and Postgress, along with expertise in SQL and distributed architecture techniques such as Greenplum, AWS Aurora, and Postgres. Preferred qualifications include creative problem-solving skills, experience in Agile and Waterfall development methodologies, and a solid grasp of distributed architecture concepts.
