As a software quality assurance engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our high-performing teams. Responsibilities: - Possess a strong understanding of working with IT projects in a global setting - Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to articulate and simplify complex issues and collaborate effectively with diverse colleagues - Contribute innovative ideas to help the team reach its full potential - Show a keen interest in how infrastructure and banking standards can impact the design of business applications - Have a proven track record in utilizing test automation tools and methodologies - Exhibit proficiency in utilizing standard market tools for test automation and be adaptable to emerging trends - Experience in testing various types of applications such as Web, API, and Databases for automation testing Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum Qualifications/Skills: - Solid knowledge of testing DB batch processes and data modeling - Familiarity with market standards for CI/CD processes, including the use of Kubernetes and Docker - Willingness to collaborate with colleagues on application updates and enhancements in the absence of new designs - Ability to bring external market developments into practice within the team - Hands-on expertise in test management, test automation, test data management, and selecting appropriate tools for specific challenges - Quick learner of new technology concepts, middleware, and programming languages - Stay updated on the latest advancements in technology tools and stacks Preferred Qualifications/Skills: - B.Tech/B.E/MCA degree - Excellent written and verbal communication skills If you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity, apply now and be part of our dynamic team at Genpact!
