Job Description
Role Summary
The AGM Finance & Accounts will support the GM in leading the finance and accounts function of the fabrication factory. This role will focus on financial planning, project/factory cost control, compliance, and management reporting to ensure profitability and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead factory-level finance & accounts, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Prepare and monitor project/factory budgets, costing, and profitability analysis.
- Drive monthly/quarterly closing, MIS, and dashboards for management review.
- Ensure statutory compliance GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act.
- Manage vendor/subcontractor payments, receivables, and cash flow planning.
- Liaise with banks for working capital, LC/BG issuance, and treasury activities.
- Strengthen internal controls, ERP-driven accounting, and audit readiness.
- Guide and mentor the accounts team, ensuring discipline and compliance.
- Support GM in strategic decision-making, cost control, and financial planning.
Qualifications & Experience
- CA / CMA; MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 1218 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Exposure to fabrication/manufacturing finance is mandatory.
