    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Lead and supervise a team to meet operational goals
    Develop and implement strategies to improve processes
    Monitor performance and provide feedback
    Ensure compliance with company policis and procedures
    Education:HSC/Grad
    Experience:Minimum 1year of experience as a TL on paper
    Process:Experience in Voice Process is mandatory (International)
    Background:BPO Experience
    ShiftWindow:24x7
    Weekoffs:Any 2  days in aweek
    Location:Airoli
    ExperienceTarget:Experience in  handling team;have managed clients;handson excel and people management skills
    Skills:Good communication skills;Excel knowledge;People management;Leadership skills;Quick Learner;Adaptability,handle dattrition&shrinkage,Schedule Adherence,LoginHoursBreaks,CSAT,DSAT,AHTQuality Bottom Quartile Management,NPS
    NoticePeriod:Oaky with 60 Days Notice or 30days
    Qualifications
    Previous experience as a TeamLeader on Papers
    Required Skills
    Strong problem-solving skills
    Excellent communication and team work abilities
