We are looking for candidates to join our international voice process team in the healthcare domain. You will handle calls from U.S.-based patients, insurance holders, or healthcare providers, assisting them with queries related to medical services, appointments, insurance, or billing
Handle inbound and outbound calls for healthcare-related queries
Provide accurate information and ensure good customer experience
Update call details in the system
Follow company guidelines and maintain patient data confidentiality
Excellent English Communication
Willing to work in night shifts (U.S. time zone)
Basic computer knowledge
High school pass or graduate
Freshers or experienced in international voice process can apply
