Job Description
- Role Overview: With 2+ years of experience and at least 1 SAP Marketing or Emarsys implementation project under your belt, you will be responsible for planning and executing Implementation, Integration, and Support activities related to SAP Marketing and Emarsys Cloud. Your role will involve creating and conducting presentations, workshops, and demos on system functionality for clients, as well as handling customizations, integration tasks, segmentation, campaign management, content management, and data upload. Additionally, you will be involved in Marketing Resource Management, Marketing Lead Management, and In-depth Marketing Analytics. Your expertise will be utilized in working with Odata/Standard APIs, enhancements, and building custom OData services, along with extensibility and adaptation in SAP marketing/Emarsys Cloud. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute Implementation, Integration, and Support activities for SAP Marketing/Emarsys Cloud - Create and deliver presentations, workshops, and demos to clients - Customize SAP Marketing/Emarsys Cloud as per requirements - Integrate SAP Marketing/Emarsys Cloud with other SAP, SAP Cloud, and Non-SAP applications using APIs - Manage segmentation, campaigns, content, and data upload - Handle Marketing Resource Management, Marketing Lead Management, and Marketing Analytics - Work with Odata/Standard APIs, enhancements, and custom OData services - Ensure extensibility and adaptation in SAP marketing/Emarsys Cloud Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience with minimum 1 SAP Marketing or Emarsys implementation project - Proficiency in working with APIs for integration tasks - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members - Awareness of latest technologies and trends in the industry - Domain knowledge in at least one industry Please note that the job description also includes a day in the life of an Infoscion, which provides insights into the role within the Infosys consulting team, involving various project phases, problem-solving tasks, solution generation, design, deployment, and client interaction.,
